Year 7 Catch Up Funding 

On 22 June 2020, the government announced the Year 7 catch-up premium was to be discontinued. The Department for Education has said that pupils will instead be provided for under the low prior attainment factor as part of the national funding formula ( .

However, the government announced additional funding for schools to support children and young people to catch up on lost time due to school closure. This is only available in 2020-21. Information is available on request if you would like to know how we have allocated this funding.

How we spent our Year 7 Catch Up Funding for 2019-2020  (£5.500)

No pupils at Nether Hall School met the standard required to take the end of Key Stage 2 test in reading, maths or grammar, punctuation and spelling due to their complex profound multiple learning difficulties and severe learning difficulties. All pupils in school have an active EHCP.
